Yahoo! Inc. Chief Executive Officer Carol Bartz is set to unveil a reorganization plan that will combine product development and marketing into standalone groups, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing unidentified people familiar with the initiative, Bloomberg reported.
The plan, which could be announced next week, may tap Chief Technology Officer Aristotle Balogh to oversee product development, while Hilary Schneider would become the head of North America, the newspaper said, citing the people familiar.
