The U.S. did not demand an army from Turkey to operate in military actions in Afghanistan, Turkish Foreign Minister, Ahmet Davudoglu said at the news conference, Turkish Anadolu news agency reported.
So far, the U.S has not demanded from Turkey an army to operate in military actions in Afghanistan, Davudoglu said. There are Turkish militaries in Afghanistan, but they are in Afghanistan as a part of International Peacekeeping Forces, Davudoglu added.
