One more Canadian soldier killed in Afghanistan

A Canadian soldier was killed and 11 others injured when a roadside bomb exploded in southern Afghanistan on Thursday, media reports said here.
   The incident happened after another Canadian soldier was killed in the same way earlier this week, Xinhua reported.
   That brings Canada's death toll in Afghanistan to 131 since 2002.
   Military officials said the injuries of the 11 people were not serious.
   Canada has some 2,500 troops deployed as part of NATO combat troops in the volatile Kandahar Province. The soldiers will withdraw in early 2011, according to a legislation passed by the parliament.
