Indonesia issued a tsunami warning Sunday after a 7.2-magnitude earthquake struck off the Sumatran coast of Aceh province, DPA reported.
The quake was recorded at 12.59 (05.59 GMT) with the epicentre 66 kilometres southwest of Maulaboh in West Aceh district, according to the Meteorology, Geophysics and Climatology Agency.
There were no reports of damage or casualties.
