Cycling's world governing body UCI Monday ratified the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) decision to strip Lance Armstrong of his seven Tour de France titles, dpa reported.
It follows examination of the USADA report which said Armstrong led "the most sophisticated, professionalised and successful doping programme that sport has ever seen".
