Three people died and ten injured as a result of two explosions in Mahachkala according to the information of Dagestan's Interior Ministry, RIA Novosti reported.
According to preliminary data, two of the victims are police officers and one is a bailiff," a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan said.
