Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan is set to participate at a meeting of the ministers council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) on 4-5 December in Helsinki, Finland.
A Turkish delegation will accompany Babacan in the meeting which would make the preparations for the next OSCE meeting of heads of state and government, reported World Bulletin.
