A huge explosion has hit Suruc city of Turkey's Sanliurfa province, leaving at least 20 injured, Milliyet newspaper reported.
The explosion occurred in a café in front of a cultural center and was followed by a fire, according to the newspaper.
The death toll is unknown for the present.
Ambulance, police squads and fire trucks have arrived at the scene.
