EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini condemned the car bomb blast which hit Turkey's central city of Kayseri and expressed condolences in a phone call with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, the EU External Action press service said Saturday, Sputnik reported.
"The EU strongly condemns all acts of terrorism. The PKK [Kurdistan Workers' Party], including its affiliate TAK [Kurdistan Freedom Falcons], is listed as a terrorist organization in the EU, with action being taken against them by the EU institutions and the Member States," the press release said.
