From January through November of 2019, the citizens of Iran and Iraq purchased 11,359 real estate properties, the Turkish state authority on Land Cadaster of Purchase and Sale told Trend.
During this period, Iranian citizens purchased 4,660 real estate properties in Turkey, which is 435 properties more compared with the same period of 2018.
In November 2019, Iranian citizens purchased 500 real estate properties in Turkey.
In the first 11 months of 2019, the citizens of Iran purchased 6,699 real estate properties, which is 897 properties more compared with the same period of 2018.
In November 2019, the Iraqi citizens purchased 575 real estate properties in Turkey.
At this time, 138,372 real estate properties were sold in Turkey, which is 54.4 percent more compared with November 2018.
Herein, 3,988 real estate properties were sold to foreigners in Turkey, which is 14.6 percent less compared with November 2018.
