Turkey's revenue from exporting electrical goods to Iran down

Turkey’s revenue from exporting electrical goods to Iran decreased by 17.7 percent in January 2021 compared to the same month of 2020, having made up slightly over $8 million, the Turkish Trade Ministry told Trend.

According to the ministry, Turkey exported electrical goods worth over $879.1 million to global markets, which is 9.1 percent more than in January of last year.

Thus, Turkey’s electrical goods exports amounted to 6.6 percent of the country's total exports for the reporting month.

Over the past 12 months (from January 2020 through January 2021), Turkey exported electrical goods in the amount of over $11.1 billion.
