Turkey’s export of cement to Germany grew by 18.9 percent from January through April 2021 compared to the same period of last year - up to over $96 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
Turkey’s export of cement to Germany increased by 37.8 percent in April on an annual basis, exceeding $26.8 million.
Turkey in general increased the export volume of cement to the world markets by 23.5 percent from January through April 2021 compared to the same period of last year up to $1.4 billion.
Turkey exported cement worth $402.5 million in April, which is by 74 percent more than in the same month of 2020.
The Turkish export of these products amounted to $4.02 billion over the past 12 months (from April 2020 through April 2021).
