Turkey increased the export of cement by 91 percent from January through June 2021 compared to the same period of last year up to $12.6 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
Moreover, Turkey exported cement worth $4.6 million to Azerbaijan in June 2021, which is by 60.3 percent more than in June 2020.
Turkey increased the export of cement by 29.5 percent from January through June 2021 compared to the first half of last year - up to $2.2 billion.
Thus, Turkey exported cement worth $426.9 million in June 2021, which is by 32.6 percent more than in June 2020.
The export of cement reached $2.7 billion over the past 12 months (June 2020 - June 2021).
