Turkey’s export of cement to France has grown from January through July 2021 in value, Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
According to the ministry, this indicator amounted to over $106 million, which is by 42.9 percent more than in the first seven months of last year.
In July 2021, value of Turkey’s cement export to France increased by 0.8 percent on annual basis, exceeding $12.6 million.
In the first seven months of 2021, the product’s export by Turkey to world markets amounted to over $2.5 billion, up by 24.9 percent year on year, while in July this indicator amounted to over $358.2 million, up by 2.2 percent compared to July 2020.
The export of cement from the country reached $4.2 billion over the past 12 months (from July 2020 through July 2021).
