The export of ready-made clothing from Turkey to Iran increased by 22.5 percent (to $8.7 million) from January through August 2021, compared to the same period last year, Trend reports via Turkish Ministry of Trade.
The export of ready-made clothing from Turkey to Iran has decreased by 37.6 percent (to $829,000) in August 2021, compared to August 2020.
Turkey in total increased exports of ready-made clothing by 24.7 percent from January through August 2021, compared to the same period last year - up to $12.8 billion.
Turkey exported ready-made clothing worth $1.7 billion in August 2021, which is 13.3 percent more than in August 2020.
Over the last 12 months (August 2020 - August 2021), Turkish exports of ready-made clothing amounted to $19.6 billion.
