BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 17. Turkish exports of ready-made garments to Georgia decreased by 20.2 percent from January through March 2024 compared to the same period last year and amounted to $26.2 million, Trend reports via Türkiye's Trade Ministry.
"Türkiye exported ready-made garments worth $9.6 million to Georgia in March this year, which is 29.6 percent less than in March last year," the ministry said in a statement.
Turkish exports of ready-made garments decreased by 12.5 percent year-on-year to $4.5 billion from January through March 2024.
In March this year, Türkiye exported ready-made garments worth $1.6 million, down 18.7 percent year-on-year.
In the last 12 months (March 2023-March 2024), Türkiye exported ready-made garments worth $18.6 billion.
