BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 15. Türkiye increased its chemical exports to Georgia from January through April 2024 by 0.7 percent to $149.4 million compared to the same period last year, the statement of Türkiye's Trade Ministry said, Trend reports.
“In April 2024, Türkiye's exports of chemical products to Georgia increased by 8.9 percent compared to the same month in 2023 and amounted to $39.7 million,” the statement says.
Moreover, Türkiye's chemical exports increased 7.3 percent year-on-year to $10.5 billion from January through April 2024.
“Türkiye's exports of chemical products to global markets in April 2024 increased by 5 percent compared to the same month in 2023 to $2.5 billion,” the statement reads.
To note, Türkiye exported $31.2 billion worth of chemical products in the last 12 months (from April 2023 through April 2024).
