“The repair of the building allocated for maintenance under administrative arrest was suspended 6 months ago,” Rahib Mammadov, the deputy head of the Repair Department of the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry, told Trend.
A two-building inline with international standards was built in the Binagadi district for administrative arrest. However, the funds allocated for this respect are insufficient for repair work. “In this connection we have appealed to the country’s leadership and the problems is expected to get its resolution shortly,” Mammadov underlined.
