Iran's non-oil export increases by $32 billion

The value of Iran's non-oil export including gas condensates increased to $32.6 billion in last solar year (ended on March 20, 2011), IRNA quoted Commerce Ministry spokesman Seyed Alireza Shojaie as saying.

"According to statistics, country's non-oil export value in last solar year was $32 billion, while more than $3 billion technical and engineering services were exported," he said.

Iran's non-oil export during first three months of current solar year (started on March20,2011) had 44 percent growth as compared to the same period of last year.

According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Iran is the third largest country in the Middle East and Central Asia in terms of exports and imports.
