Tehran, Iran, May 18

By Mehdi Sepahvand - Trend:

Director of Iran's presidential office Mohammad Nahavandian dismissed allegation that the administration of President Hassan Rouhani is expected to undergo changes in its makeup.

"No decision has been made in this regard. What has been published and announced is only the natural, regular trend of assessments," he said, IRNA news agency reported May 18.

Government spokesman Mohammad Baqer Nobakht said May 17 that the government will in high probability make changes to its composition.

President Rouhani had also said about two weeks ago that if needed, "amendments" will be made to the cabinet.

Also, presidential advisor Hesamoddin Ashna had said in an interview that some ministers and governor generals were to be replaced.
