Azercell Telecom LLC continues to increase the number of Azercell Express offices in Baku and in the regions in order to provide its customers with rapid and high quality services, Azercell's message said on Friday.

On October 18 new AzEx office located at: H.Aliyev Avenue 249, Astara city will be available for company's subscribers.

Along with the subscribers from Astara, the citizens of the neighbouring regions can also benefit from the services to be provided at the new AzEx office. Similar to others, this AzEx office will also operate on the basis of "one-stop shopping" concept allowing customers to benefit from three services in the same location. Customers can make payments of their monthly bills, use the full range of customer services and buy a new phone or a new number.

It should be noted that at present Azercell operates 18 AzEx offices in Baku and 28 in the regions. Moreover, 4 Customer Service offices operate in Baku and 6 in the regions. Azercell plans to further increase the number of AzEx offices both in Baku and throughout the country until the end of this year.

Azercell Telecom LLC was founded in 1996 and since the first years sustains a leading position on the market. Azercell introduced number of technological innovations in Azerbaijan: GSM technology, GPRS/EDGE, 24/7 Customer Care, full-time operating Azercell Express offices and others. With 53 per cent share of Azerbaijan's mobile market Azercell's network covers 99.8 per cent of the country's population. By the end of 2012 the number of Azercell's subscribers reached 4.4 million people. In 2011 Azercell deployed 3G and in 2012 4G networks in Azerbaijan. In 2013 Azercell became the first mobile operator in the country to introduce mobile e-service ASAN imza (ASAN signature).
