Management changes have taken place at Azerbaijan's Unibank.
Unibank said on its website Feb. 19 that Michael Neumayr joined the bank's supervisory board replacing Andreas Zeisler.
Asef Huseynov joined the bank's management board, added Unibank.
He will also serve as the director for risk management and chief risk officer at the bank.
Unibank JSC was established Oct. 15, 2002, as a result of the merger of two private commercial banks in Azerbaijan - Mbank and Promtexbank.
