Official exchange rate of the US dollar and euro to Azerbaijani manat was set at 1.5851 manats and 1.7721 manats, respectively, on Aug.1.
According to the currency exchange rate corridor set by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), currency exchange offices can't buy US dollars from population at a rate less than 1.5217 manats per dollar or sell the US dollars at a rate exceeding 1.6042 manats per dollar.
The exchange rates at banks should not be less than 1.7013 manats when buying euros from the population and should not exceed 1.8429 manats when selling them.
