The cost of sending SMS messages in the network of Azerbaijan’s mobile operator Azercell will be 0.05 AZN by February 12, 2019, Trend reports, referring to the company's report published in local newspapers.
Changes will affect prepaid tariff plans (Sim-Sim) "Azercellim", "Bizimkilər", "Hər yerə", "Bölgə" and "Tələbə birliyi".
Currently, the cost of sending SMS in these tariff plans, with the exception of the "Tələbə birliyi" package, costs 0.03 AZN. The tariff for SMS offered as part of the "Tələbə birliyi" package is 0.02 AZN.
Also, the cost of sending each additional SMS (over the set limit) within the tariff plans "Kombo" and "Gənc OL" will cost 0.05 AZN.
In addition, a similar tariff for SMS (0.05 AZN) will also operate within the tariff plans of the invoice line "Bizimkilər", "Hər yerə", "Aily Tarif", "DövlətCell", "Socar" and "MediaCell" by the mentioned date. Each additional SMS within the tariff plans "Hədsiz", "Hədsiz zəng" and "Biznes200" will also cost 0.05 AZN.
The official rate on January 11 is 1.7 AZN / USD.
