Azerbaijan’s Sabirabad Canning open joint stock company plans to expand export of its products to Russia due to the growing needs in the Russian market, the company told Trend.
"The Russian market is the main destination for the export of our products because there is a great demand,” the company said. “We export pomegranate juice, narsharab (pomegranate sauce) and aseptic pomegranate concentrate outside the country.”
“The same products are supplied in different volumes, depending on the order, to the Baltic countries,” the company said. “We have been cooperating with the two Baltic countries for ten years. Our products are currently supplied to Estonia and Lithuania according to the signed agreements."
The products have a certificate of conformity issued by the Azerbaijan State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents.
The company has been operating since 1982. The Italian, Moldovan equipment has been installed in the company.
