BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 19. The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has adopted a Resolution "On measures to regulate the export of a number of basic food products included in the minimum consumption basket, and goods used in their production", Trend reports referring to the Cabinet.
As the document reads, due to climate change and recent global geopolitical processes, prices of staple foods increase steadily, as well as supply chain problems for these products arise on markets of neighboring countries.
The decision is valid until December 31, 2022
