BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 4. For the first time, a shipment of fish delicacies has been started from Russia's Astrakhan to Azerbaijan, President of Kaspryba Fish Processing Company Andrei Markin told Russian media, Trend reports.
The raw fish, such as stud, bream, and Eurasian carp, which are used for the preparation of local cuisine, was shipped to Azerbaijan, Markin said.
The supplies of black caviar and sturgeon fish have also been embarked on.
Markin noted that fish and fish delicacies remain the brand of the Astrakhan region and are highly in demand among partners abroad.
