BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 20. Türkiye reduced cement exports to Azerbaijan by 5.8 percent in January 2024 compared to the same period in 2023, bringing it to $4.4 million, Trend reports, referring to the Turkish Trade Ministry.
The ministry also informed that Türkiye exported cement worth $4.6 million in the last 12 months (January 2023-January 2024).
In January 2024, Türkiye's cement exports to the world markets decreased by 9.7 percent compared to the same month in 2023 and amounted to $325,300.
From January through December 2023, Türkiye's cement exports decreased by 15.5 percent compared to the same period in 2022 and amounted to $4.6 million.
