The parliamentary election in Azerbaijan will be held in the light of complex international context, expert of Russian "Cube" analytical center Nadana Fridrikhson told "Seckiler" Media Center.

She mentioned the fact that the parliamentary election in Azerbaijan will be held on the same day with the one in Turkey - on November 1.

Fridrikhson reminded that Turkish experience in June 2015 showed how the parliamentary election could affect the political situation in the country.

However, the situation in Azerbaijan is more stable than in Turkey, she said, adding that the ruling party has all chances to get necessary seats in parliament.

Moreover, it is difficult to assume that the results of election would cause any serious problems, the expert said.

The fact that OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is not going to monitor the election in Azerbaijan will not affect the legitimacy of their results, according to the expert.

She believes that the election in the country will be held in peaceful atmosphere.

"There will probably be some provocative statements by the US and EU. But it will be nothing more than rhetoric," she said. "The West has the issues to deal with such as Syrian conflict, difficulties around Iran and Turkey."
