Baku will host the first semifinal of Eurovision-2012 in the next few hours. Semifinal show will begin at 00:00 Baku time at Baku Crystal Hall.
Eighteen countries will participate in the first semi-final. Ten countries with the highest number of votes will reach the final.
According to the official site of Eurovision, it will be possible to vote during the 15 minutes after the performance of 18 semifinal participants.
It will be possible to vote by sending an SMS from any mobile operator to number 9450 in Azerbaijan. Voting rules are: you have to send the serial number of the participant by SMS to number 9450. Not more than 20 SMS can be sent from one phone. The cost of a single message is 0.6 manat.
Ten finalists will hold a press conference after the show. The sequence of performance of participants in the final will be known at this press conference.
