Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Ramazanova / The Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Committee of the Council of Europe (PACE) and the German Institute for International and Security Affairs will organize a conference dedicated to the lingered conflicts in the South Caucasus and Black Sea countries on 5 to 6 November, the Spokesman for Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim said at a press conference on 29 October.
A delegation headed by Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov will represent Azerbaijan at the conference. According to Ibrahim, the conference will discuss Abkhazia, Nagorno-Karabakh and other issues.
