Trend S.Agayeva / The Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh will join the negotiation process, only when there are more details as it is impossible to manage without it, Bernard Fassier, the French Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, briefed the media in Baku. "The Community's joining the talks depends on the Azerbaijani side, which at present, substitutes it in the conflict settlement process," Fassier said.
The Co-chairs considers it necessary to at this stage to create some favorable atmosphere between the conflicting sides. "The neighbors should live as neighbor. Formerly the neighbor was enemy, but at present, it should be partner and at the end of settlement, it should become a good neighbor," Fassier said.
