Speaking to reporters at Ankara's Esenboga International Airport, Babacan said that he would hold a meeting with the foreign minister of Armenia Eduard Nalbandian as part of his talks in Munich, World Bulletin reported.
Asked about his thoughts on a statement released by foreign ministers of Arab nations in Abu Dhabi that non-Arabs should not interfere in developments taking place in the Arabic world, Babacan said that this statement did not refer to Turkey.
"Policies implemented by Turkey received appreciation in the region and the Arab states. We notice such appreciation both within the peoples and the leaderships," Babacan said.��
