On March 31, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at Azerbaijani troops through machine guns and submachine guns at 22:20-22:30, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported. The shots were fired from the Garakhanbayli village in the Fuzuli region.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire. No causalities were reported.
