At the current situation, France cannot co-preside in the team of Co-Chairmanship of OSCE Minsk Group for the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, Rovashan Mustafayev, Director of the Human Rights Institute of Azerbaijan`s National Academy of Sciences told journalists today, Trend reports.
The Azerbaijani political scientist claimed that France should be drown out of OSCE Minsk Group`s Co-Chairmanship, otherwise Turkey should enter it. The political scientist substantiated it with the fact that it was not pointed out the number of Countries-Co-Chairs in the OSCE Minsk Group Regulations, and otherwise, it is pointed out that the more countries will be attracted to the peaceful settlement process, the more effective their activity will be.
