Elmar Mammadyarov, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, said in talks with journalists that a new round of discussions will be held at the UN General Assembly in 2007 on the lingering conflicts in the territory of GUAM, a regional organization among Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova, Trend reports.
He said that meeting of the GUAM Foreign Ministers will be held before the discussions with respect to define their exact date.
