Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend E.Huseynli / Monitoring will be carried out at the contact line of the Azerbaijani and Armenian troops near the village of Gapanly in the district of Terter in Azerbaijan on 17 April in accordance with the mandate of the personal envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced that Imre Palatinus and Jaslan Nurtazin, Field Assistants of the Personal Envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, are in charge of the monitoring on the Azerbaijani side of the frontline.
Andjey Kasprzyk, Personal Envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, and his field assistants, Peter Key and Miroslav Vimetal will apply the same approach on the Armenian side of the frontline.
