Karabakh Liberation Organization Activists Detained After Protests Against Armenian Interior Minister to Baku
Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr.S.Ilhamgizi / The Karabakh Liberation Organization's activists attempting to hold a demonstration against the visit of the Armenian Interior Minister to Baku were detained near the office and sent to the police station.
About 10 policemen arrived at the KLO's office and detained members of the organization, including one woman, Gultakin Guliyeva, on 6 September. The demonstrators, including journalists, were forced into a bus and delivered to the police station where they were detained. The journalists were later released.
