The City Administration of Istanbul has established the identity of 18 people out of 21 died as a result of the blast in the region of Zeytunburnu, Azertaj reported.
As it was reported earlier, one of them is Novruz Mammadov, the resident of Nahkchivan city of Azerbaijan. The identity of another Azeri victim was established on 1 February. He was Shahriyar Hajiyev, 24 year old resident of Nakhchivan city.
The victim was not inside the building during the blast, but he was passing by the building and was trapped under the ruins.
