Fuad Bagirli, the lieutenant and officer of a military unit of the Frontier Troops in Goytapa village of Jalilabad region of Azerbaijan has been stabbed by the local resident Shami because of the disagreement between them.
The officer was taken to the Central Hospital of Jalilabad region with serious wounds. His condition is reported to be critical. He will be moved to one of the military hospitals later.
A case has been filed over the fact in the Prosecutor's Office of Jalilabad region.
Jalilabad is located 200km south of Azerbaijan.
