Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan, 23 July / Trend corr. E.Mmmadov / On 22 July, a strong torrent destroyed a house in the Shahbuz region in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) of Azerbaijan and took away Yavar Guliyev into river.
Yavar saved his mother's life and returned home to take necessary belongings.
The Shahbuz region based City Administration informed Trend that 25 servants from the Emergency Situations Ministry have been working on the scene of the accident. In 2007, Yavar dropped into the river as a result of heavy raining, but saved.
