Sixteen-year-old Garib Hasanov, who injured in blast in Pyatigorsk, will be treated in one of the hospitals in Moscow.

The plane with four seriously injured, including a 16-year-old Hasanov, landed at 12.00 (Moscow time) at the Moscow Domodedevo airport. The injured will be placed in two hospitals: Academician N. N. Burdenko Research Institute of Neurosurgery, and the Helmholtz Moscow Research Institute of Eye Diseases, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Russia told Trend today.

A car exploded on Tuesday at 16:30 near a small restaurant in the centre of the southern Russian city of Pyatigorsk on Tuesday. A criminal case has been launched on charges of terrorism, RIA Novosti reported.

According to specified data, at least 27 people were injured after a Lada car exploded at the Kirov Avenue. At present, 22 people receive treatment at the hospital; four of them are in the resuscitation department.

According to the last data of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's Federal Fire Service on Pyatigorsk, 26 people injured in the blast, three of them are in serious condition.

"At present, the question of Hasanov's citizenship is open; the Embassy keeps it under control. It is still unknown in which hospital Hasanov will be placed. The embassy intends to look into this matter and to get information on the health condition in the afternoon. It is known that Hasanov received eye injury," the diplomatic mission said.
