The Ganja Military Prosecutor's Office filed a criminal suit on the fact of traffic accident involving a military truck under Article 351 on violation of the rules for driving or exploiting vehicles, Ganja Military Prosecutor Namig Muradov told Trend on Monday.
A traffic accident involving a military truck carrying soldiers of the Azerbaijani Defense ministry's Military Unit in Ganja occurred on Oct.24. The accident injured nine soldiers.
The accident occurred in the Alabashli village of the Samukh region. The military vehicle was returning from the polygon, Defense Ministry Deputy Spokesman Teymur Abdullayev told Trend.
Ganja is located 365 km west of Baku.
