Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov has offered condolences to the King of Norway Harald V "over the terrorist attack in Oslo, which resulted in human casualties and damage," the Turkmen government said.
"Strongly condemning all acts of terrorism and extremism, Turkmenistan fully supports the international community's efforts to combat this threat and eliminate it," the message says.
According to the report, Berdimuhammadov also expressed deep empathy and support to the families and relatives of those killed and injured.
