The law enforcement bodies of Azerbaijan recorded 16 criminal facts on 23 October 2005, the press service of the Interior Ministry told Trend.
11 from these facts have been disclosed. 5 persons wanted on various articles of the Criminal Code have been arrested and delivered to the investigative bodies. During the day 8 road accidents have been registered, at the result of which 5 persons died, 3 injured. 1 fire has been recorded.
At the result of operative and search measures held by the police officials due to illegal drugs keeping 4 facts have been registered and 5 facts on ammunitions. 14 persons have been arrested for committing crimes.
