Legal-ballistic examination was appointed in relation to the explosion, taken place at the border post in Goytapa on 3 Februarty, Abdulla Abdullayev, the acting Military Prosecutor of Lankaran, told Trend.
Criminal case was filed on item 350.2 of the Criminal Code (violation of use rules of arm and danger subjects) in this regard. According to Abdullayev, the investigation is underway. The reasons for explosion will be known after the completion of the examination.
Abdullayev said nobody was called to investigation. The explosion took place in the cabinet of a cashier. Nobody saw the occurence due to formation at the military unit, he underlined. Abdullayev refused to report on the results of the examination of the scene.
Cashier Firudin Jafarov died as a result of the explosion at the border post on 3 February.
