Azerbaijan, Khachmaz / Trend corr. А.Gafarov/ Nemat Abdullayev 28, residing in the house of situated in Gulustan 25 street, has killed Sattar Ramazanov.
Abdullayev injured Ramazanov with a knife. Ramazanov died.
A criminal case has been filed in the Prosecutor Office of Khachmaz region of Azerbaijan with contravening Article120 (wilful murder) of the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.
