Ukraine, Kiev /corr. Trend Z.Novozotovski / Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Ukraine, Talat Aliyev, said that the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan (CEC), Mazahir Panahov, arrived in Ukraine.
According to the information by Azerbaijani Embassy, in addition, two members of the CEC arrived in Kiev and on 29 September two Azerbaijani parliamentarians will also arrive in Ukraine.
The Azerbaijani delegation will observe the pre-term parliamentary elections in the Country on 30 September.
