Sixty Person Detained for Panhandling in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. E.Huseynli / The Azerbaijani Internal Ministry's press-service reported that about 60 people were detained for panhandling as a result of raids in the Nasimi District of Baku on 20 November. There are 32 children among the detained.
