Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Kazakhstan's chairmanship of the OSCE in 2010 is a great success which is based on the development of the country, a permanent public attorney of Kazakhstan in Azerbaijan Arman Kaitbayov said.

The consensus of OSCE member-countries is based on the recognition of loyal policy in the country, which provides an inter-ethnic and inter-confessional agreement as well as political stability in Kazakhstan, he said.

Kazakhstan became one of the first countries amongst the former Soviet Union to be elected the POSCE chairman. Being a chairman of OSCE Kazakhstan will have an opportunity to inform the world about situations in Asia, as well as to establish partnership relations with regional security structures and cooperation, Amirbayov added.
